The USC Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) is seeking postdoctoral fellows for a two-year NIH institutional training grant for the Multiscale and Multimodal Analysis of Biomarkers in Alzheimer’s Disease.
Participants will receive continuing education, training, and research experience to prepare for a successful independent research career. Training includes lab rotations, regular seminars, and instruction for teaching and grant writing. Research focus is the analysis of Alzheimer’s disease biomarkers using multiple scales and methodologies including molecular and cellular methods, imaging tools and informatics, quantitative methods for clinical trials research, and large-scale population analyses. Special focus on the informatics associated with studying Alzheimer’s disease and an emphasis on translational research. Institutional support includes full salary, tuition remission for continuing education, and annual travel costs to attend scientific meetings.
