Abstract:
Brain atlases enable multisubject and multimodal coparisons. Warping tools, visualization, and statistical analyes that accommodate the various nuroimaging modalities can be used to integrate diverse data to form comprehensive maps describing a particular subpopulation's brain structure and function. Task performance and genetic information can be related to brain morphology, establishing complex interp-relations between genotype, phenotype, and behavior.
