Purpose

UcfReorder is a tool that corrects a few of the more common errors in the drawing protocols defined by Dr. K. Narr, for use in her studies of human schizophrenia.

The human Hippocampus is frequently represented as a set of contours drawn in parallel planes that intersect the Hippocampus. Analysis of these structures often requires adherence to a particular drawing protocols. If these protocols are not observed the subsequent analyses of the contours are invalidated.

The complete set of recognized command line arguments follows; multiple operations may be specified in a single invocation of the program. In this case, operations are peformed in the left-to-right order their command line arguments are encountered.
